Sandy – Dark chocolate is always an option and has been proven to help boost metabolism. Bananas, always a good bet. The monounsaturated fat in nuts is good for you and a tablespoon of chocolate chips (that is about how much coats each portion of banana) only contains about 35 calories. I would be shocked if two of these delicious treats surpassed 125 calories. I love this dessert and will serve it not only for my husband and myself but for guests as well. Thanks for the recipe!
