Ingredients:

  • 1kg (about 2 lbs) minced chicken
  • 100g fresh breadcrumbs
  • 3/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 heaped tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Oil, for frying

In a large glass bowl, mix mince and breadcrumbs. Add parsley, sweet chilli sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well with a fork. Create bite-sized bites with your hands.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. In batches, place the chicken bites into the frying pan and turn them gently until cooked through and browned. Serve on a white plate with a few sprigs of parsley, a small bowl of dipping sauce and toothpicks.
