I have been on my East Coast vacation the past week…first stop was NYC. On Friday morning, we had an amazing breakfast at Brown Café, a restaurant recommended by my cousin Jess. This tiny restaurant is widely known for its baked eggs…which I’d never tried before. We ordered the baked eggs with merguez sausage, roasted peppers, leeks, mozzarella, mixed greens, and roasted potatoes. I added a side of fresh fruit and a croissant. DELICIOUS!
