On Sunday night, we decided to BBQ – making turkey burgers, pineapple salsa, barbequed corn, and cucumber spinach salad. Instead of hamburger buns, we sliced pita bread from Trader Joes, making a healthy low-cal bun. The pineapple salsa was my favorite part…I added extra jalapenos for some kick.
