I am currently craving this Salad Pizza from Abbot’s Pizza on Abbot Kinney in Venice. Ingredients: chopped mixed greens, onion, tomato and basil topped with feta cheese and avocado with undercurrents of lemon dressing.
Greg made healthy pizza last night. He used Trader Joe’s whole wheat pizza dough and used olive oil, tomatoes, onions, parmesean and sweet potatoes as toppings. We had baked sweet potatoes and arugula on the side…so good!
