This is my go-to recipe for summer BBQs.

Ingredients:

  • Whole wheat pasta (I used Trader Joe’s)
  • 4 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 package sun dried tomatoes
  • Feta cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • Balsalmic vinegar

Cook whole wheat pasta according to package instructions. While pasta cooks, chop up 4 tomatoes and green onions. Mix cooked pasta, green onions, and tomatoes into a large mixing bowl. Add in feta cheese and sun dried tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and balsalmic vinegar.
