raspberry, mint, & mozzarella skewers

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint of fresh raspberries
  • 1 small container of fresh  mozzarella balls
  • 1 cup of fresh mint
  • Skewers

On the skewers, alternate mozzarella, raspberries, and mint.  Chill and serve. For a twist, drizzle with a balsamic vinegar reduction sauce.
