- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine sweet potatoes and oil. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
Transfer to a greased 11-in. x 7-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 40-45 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring every 15 minutes. Makes 8 servings. Optional: add cooked onions for more flavor!
