This is a great work / on-the-go lunch.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla (Trader Joe’s low-carb tortillas)
  • 1 tbsp Tahini sauce
  • 1 slice of cheese (Jarlsberg Lite)
  • 2-3 tomato slices – sliced very thin
  • Shredded carrots
  • Organic baby lettuce, pea shoots and micro greens
  • Sliced avocado
