For the past 2 weeks, I’ve been making an effort to eat a healthy breakfast at work. I’ve been eating Trader Joe’s Organic Instant Oatmeal with Sliced Bananas and Blueberries.
- 1 packet, Trader Joe’s Organic Instant Oatmeal
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- Optional: Cinnamon, Raisins
Pour the content of the oatmeal packet into a microwavable container (I use a mason jar). Add 2/3 cup water. Microwave for approximately 30 seconds.
Add sliced banana and blueberries to the cooked oatmeal. Sprinkle with raisins and a pinch of cinnamon.
