work breakfast: organic oatmeal with fresh fruit

For the past 2 weeks, I’ve been making an effort to eat a healthy breakfast at work. I’ve been eating Trader Joe’s Organic Instant Oatmeal with Sliced Bananas and Blueberries.

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet, Trader Joe’s Organic Instant Oatmeal
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • Optional: Cinnamon, Raisins

Pour the content of the oatmeal packet into a microwavable container (I use a mason jar). Add 2/3 cup water. Microwave for approximately 30 seconds.

Add sliced banana and blueberries to the cooked oatmeal. Sprinkle with raisins and a pinch of cinnamon.
