- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup flaked almonds
- 3/4 cup raspberries
- 2/3 cup gluten-free and wheat-free flour
- 1 egg
- A little less than 1 cup runny honey
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a tin with baking paper to prevent the bars from sticking.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, and pour into baking tray.
Press down into tin and bake for 25 minutes. The result may be crumbly. Makes 8 bars.
