Guilt & Gluten-Free Raspberry Bars


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup flaked almonds
  • 3/4 cup raspberries
  • 2/3 cup gluten-free and wheat-free flour
  • 1 egg
  • A little less than 1 cup runny honey

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Line a tin with baking paper to prevent the bars from sticking.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, and pour into baking tray.

Press down into tin and bake for 25 minutes. The result may be crumbly. Makes 8 bars.
